​The "Novas Cores" CD by the accordionist João Pedro Teixeira came from the musical meetings with his friend and master Hermeto Pascoal. An extremely elaborate record and very well accepted by the public and critic, so much that was present in the year of 2013 in the Selection of the 35th Edition of the Best of the Jazz, realized by the historian Arnaldo De Solteiro.
